Fees and Insurance Disclosure

Mandatory Charges

• Base rental rate: per day, per vehicle class.
• Taxes: Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. As a single tax payer, VAT is optional and will be indicated on your invoice.
• Airport surcharge: applies for pick-up/drop-off at airports.
• Young driver fee: for drivers under 25 years, a daily fee applies. See details below.

Optional Charges

• Additional driver: daily fee per extra driver.
• GPS navigation: daily fee.
• Child seat: daily fee.
• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) upgrade: reduces excess.

Young Driver Fee

Drivers aged 21-24 are subject to a daily young driver fee. Drivers under 21 may not rent. The fee is disclosed at booking and on your rental agreement.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full. If not, a refueling charge plus a service fee applies. Alternatively, a prepaid fuel option may be available.

Insurance Coverage

Basic insurance is included: third-party liability and theft protection with excess. CDW is optional to reduce excess. Personal Accident Insurance is optional. All coverages are subject to terms and exclusions in the rental agreement.
