Rental Terms and Conditions

These terms govern vehicle rentals from vyzelia.com (PE, EDRPOU 82200977), Business Center 'Horizon', Office 305, 12 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.

1. Rental Requirements

Drivers must be at least 21 (25 for certain vehicles) and hold a valid license issued 2+ years ago. A passport/ID and a credit card for the deposit are required.

2. Deposit, Fees, and Insurance

A refundable deposit is required. Additional fees apply for late return, fuel, cleaning, tolls, and fines. Basic insurance is included; optional CDW and theft protection are available.

3. Availability, Pickup, and Drop-off

Vehicles are subject to availability; a similar or higher category may be substituted. Pickup/drop-off at our Kyiv office or agreed locations. Return with same fuel level and clean condition.

4. Driver Responsibilities

The driver is responsible for traffic fines, vehicle damage not covered by insurance, lost keys/documents, and any illegal use.

5. Dispute Resolution

For complaints, contact contact@vyzelia.com. You may also file a complaint with the consumer protection authority. Under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 3153-IX, consumers have the right to clear information and dispute resolution.
